Segabits has posted screenshots and a link to a Nintendo video of the upcoming Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed running on the Nintendo 3DS. Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed includes a Panzer Dragoon themed track called Dragon Canyon which you can see briefly in these screenshots and the video.
